   As the Obama Presidency ended its first year there were clear signs Obama was going insane. His insanity was evidenced by his loss of contact with reality. He admitted as early as November 18, 2009 (to FOX News) that he had no idea people throughout the world had already lost confidence in the USA economy. He had always been a liar - not unlike most typical politicians in both parties, but as insanity came on he told so many lies it was almost impossible to keep up with the lies.
   None of us should be surprised by Obama's decline into insanity.
   The increasing rapid decline on Obama's road to detachment from reality is probably due to the pressures of the Oval Office. He was clearly unprepared for the duties of being president.  Being a Senator for a short time, with a background in Community Organizing, is not adequate preparation for the White House.  While some people might pull this off, Obama did not.
   But, the roots of his insanity are probably buried in his sad childhood as a mulatto.
   He was abandoned by his black womanizing African father at an early age.
  After this abandonment his white mama dumped him on her own mother.
  He lived with his loving white grandparents, but he felt out of place.
   He grew to dislike white people, while simultaneously developing tricks to fool white people into believing he wasa decent, normal person.
   Obviously this deception further added to his mental instability.
   Obama comments, that people might lose confidence in America's economy if he spent even more money and created even more debt - proves he lost touch with reality. He really seems to not know people have already lost confidence in the USA economy.
   We should all pray for Obama to regain his sanity, while trying to get Obama removed from office.

  Obama proved he lost touch with reality when he gave his OK to create a fake website, http//recovery.org, where fake claims could be made about the jobs created by the Stimulus Bill.  His employees created 440 fake districts to pretend the  Stimulus Bill successful in these districts.  Obama - out of touch with reality - said this was just 440 accidental administrative mistakes.  Obama could not comprehend that the Obama supporters running recovery.org are committing fraud when the  created 440 fake districts.

 
Feds: False congressional districts removed from stimulus site

(CNN) -- The government Web site Recovery.gov is fixing errors that appeared to show hundreds of millions of stimulus dollars were spent in nonexistent congressional districts, the Recovery Accountability and Transparency Board said Wednesday.

   The errors, first reported by ABC News, were seen on Recovery.gov summary pages breaking down how many stimulus dollars were received in each state's congressional districts.

   Arizona's page, for example, showed the state's 52nd, 15th and 86th congressional districts received hundreds of thousands of dollars in stimulus money, according to CNN affiliate KNXV. However, no such districts exist in Arizona, which has only eight congressional districts.

   A report released Wednesday by the Franklin Center for Government & Public Integrity said it found such errors on pages for all 50 states, four territories and Washington, D.C. More than $6.4 billion in stimulus funds was shown as being spent -- and more than 28,420 jobs saved or created -- in 440 false districts, it said.

   The districts didn't exist, but the the money and jobs did, Obama administration officials have said. And the people who are to blame are recipients who apparently didn't know which congressional district they were in, the officials said.
"We report what the recipients submit to us. Some recipients clearly don't know what congressional district they live in, so they just throw in a number for their congressional district," Ed Pound, spokesman for the Recovery Accountability and Transparency Board, said Monday.
   In an appearance on Comedy Central's "The Daily Show" on Tuesday night, Vice President Joe Biden said the errors didn't indicate unaccounted-for spending but rather were the result of people who had "bad civics classes."
"There was bad civics classes for those" who reported the data, Biden said. "They had to fill out a form, what district are you in, and there was no such district."
   By Wednesday evening, incorrect districts appeared to have been removed from the states' summary pages. Arizona's page, for example, listed only the state's eight real districts and a category called "unassigned congressional district," which appeared to contain all the money that had been attached to the nonexistent congressional districts.
   Arizona's "unassigned congressional district" row had $39,577,600, which is roughly the total that the Franklin Center said was previously linked to nonexistent districts.
   Money that was reported as having been spent in a nonexistent district would be moved to the correct one in cases where the recipient reported a ZIP code, the RATB said Wednesday evening. Recipients who didn't submit a ZIP code will need to make corrections "during the next reporting period, which begins on January 1, 2010," the board said in a news release.
   The errors raised the ire of U.S. Rep. Dave Obey, D-Wisconsin, and chairman of the House Appropriations Committee. On Monday, he said the mistakes "are outrageous and the administration owes itself, the Congress and every American a commitment to work night and day to correct the ludicrous mistakes."
   "Credibility counts in government, and stupid mistakes like this undermine it. We've got too many serious problems in this country to let that happen," Obey said.

    Terrorist incidents over the past 12 months show that Islamic extremists within the U.S. increasingly are launching attacks against targets such as military bases, anti-terrorist experts said today. But the Obama Administration refuses to admit the Islamic Terrorism.
   The threat is now increasingly from within, from homegrown)terrorists who are inspired by Obama aad his acceptance of violent Islamist ideology to plan and execute attacks where they live, Mitchell Silber, director of intelligence analysis for the New York City Police Department, said to a CongessionalCommitte on November 19.         
   Silber was among witnesses testifying to the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, which has started an investigation into events leading up to the Nov. 5 shooting rampage at Fort Hood, in which 13 people were killed and 43 were injured. The Obama Administration refuases to even discuss his plan for eliminating homegrown Islamic terrorists - most likely because Obama has no plan to protect USA citizens from these maiacal Muslims killing for their blood lusting Allah.        

   While it may be slightly premature to link the shootings at the Texas Army base to homegrown radical Islamic terrorism, the incident is similar to other recent incidents at military bases, Juan Zarate, President George W. Bushs deputy national security adviser, said. 
   Unfortunately, this event follows in a line of attacks against military personnel, said Zarate, a senior adviser at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, a Washington-based policy group.              
   Zarate pointed to a murder outside a military recruitment center in Little Rock, Arkansas, in June and killings at Camp Liberty in Iraq in May and Camp Pennsylvania in Kuwait in 2003.         

      Premeditated Murder         

   Major Nidal Malik Hasan, an Army psychiatrist, has been charged by military authorities with 13 counts of premeditated murder in connection with the Fort Hood incident. 
   The Homeland Security panels probe is the first congressional investigation into the shootings. Republicans have been pressing Democrats, who control Congress, for more probes into the incident, but the fearful Obama Administration insists the entire investigation to be done by its own people.   
   Senator Joseph Lieberman, the Connecticut independent who heads the Congressional panel, has said his goal is to find out how the federal government missed detecting Hasan as a threat. 
   He said the panel wants to talk to members of the Joint Terrorism Task Force who were collecting information on Hasan. The task force is headed by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.        
   The panel also wants to interview staff at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, where Hasan completed a residency in psychiatry before transferring to Fort Hood. 
   Senator Carl Levin, a Michigan Democrat who is chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee, said his panel will investigate how the military handled concerns about Hasan.         

           New Wave         

    Zarate said the shootings raise questions about whether we are facing a new wave of terrorism driven in part by self- radicalized actors. 
    Some witnesses said they thought those investigating Hasan's behavior before the shootings may have felt reluctant to act because they were overly concerned with protecting the suspects religious beliefs.         
   Retired General John Keane, the Army's former vice chief of staff, said the military needs clear, specific guidelines on what constitutes jihadist behavior.       
    It should not be an act of moral courage for a soldier to identify a fellow solider as a potentially dangerous Islamic extremist, he said. It should be an obligation.         
   Keane was commanding officer at Fort Bragg in North Carolina during the investigation of racially motivated murders in the 1990s. He said the Fort Hood situation may be similar.         
   At Fort Bragg, we were wrongfully tolerating extremists in our organization, he said.         

Pentagon Review         

   Defense Secretary Robert Gates plans a broad review of the military procedures and policies that were in place before the shootings, a spokesman said.         
   Gates wants to assess if the department is doing everything it can to prevent similar incidents, Pentagon spokesman Bryan Whitman said. The steps could include a review of base security and how adverse personnel information is handled, he said.         
   Frances Fragos Townsend, Bush's former assistant for homeland security and counterterrorism, said reports about Hasan's communications and ideology indicate that investigators shouldnt have felt restricted by his First Amendment rights.            Many of the inflammatory comments had nothing to do with his religion or speech, she said.         

Political Correctness         

  Senator John McCain, an Arizona Republican, asked if political correctness may have contributed to authorities not stopping Hasan.         
   There's no doubt in my mind that was operating here, Keane said.       
    Zarate disagreed and said that any reluctance may have stemmed from the perception of Hasan being a doctor conducting research.         
   Intelligence agencies last year intercepted e-mails between Hasan and Anwar al-Awlaki, a Muslim religious leader in Yemen known for his anti-American views. Investigators say there was nothing suspicious in the communications, and they appeared to be related to a research project.         
   Silber said Hasans alleged murder spree came after U.S. authorities foiled a number of terror plots by cells and individuals, including four men placing what they believed were explosives outside a Riverdale, New York, synagogue and community center in April.         
   In September, authorities arrested Najibullah Zazi for allegedly planning to attack New York sites with explosives.
   Most recently, the Internet has become a tool for spurring militants in the U.S. to act, Silber said.       
   Charismatic religious leaders such as al-Awlaki - a Muslim brother of Obama's - have been effective in urging on would-be terrorists, he said.         
   Also testifying today was Brian Jenkins, senior adviser at RAND Corp., a Santa Monica, California-based policy group.           
   The Obama  administration refused to cooperate with Congress and provided no witnesses for the hearing.
